Chiropractic Health Month

woman stretching/exercising with worlds October is National Chiropractic Health Month

During National Chiropractic Health Month (NCHM) 2021 this October, the American Chiropractic Association, its members, and doctors of chiropractic nationwide will encourage people to “Keep Moving!” and striving to add more movement into their day.

Many have learned the hard way over the past year that lack of movement and physical activity can lead not only to weight gain but also achy joints and other musculoskeletal conditions. Movement is the answer! Finding ways to move our bodies more enhances not only our physical health and stamina but also our mental health and feelings of well-being. Taking care of our health, staying active, and keeping a positive outlook help us all to keep moving through challenging times.

What is National Chiropractic Health Month?

National Chiropractic Health Month (NCHM) is a nationwide observance held each October. The event helps to raise public awareness of the importance of musculoskeletal health and the benefits of chiropractic care and its natural, whole-person, patient-centered, and drug-free approach to health and wellness.
